Liberals Disrespect Free Speech?

Don't know if I'll be making this guy famous or not but I don't really care.

The reality to the situation is that the election is over and attacks on the parties are rather worthless at this point in time.

This isn't to say that liberalism has a great variety of negatives.

Over the last 2 weeks I posted this comment to a blog:

"Video Regarding the Truth Squads in Missouri:
http://www.kmov.com/video/index.html?nvid=285793&shu=1

Missouri Governor's statement about it:
http://governor.mo.gov/cgi-bin/coranto/viewnews.cgi?id=EkkkVFulkpOzXqGMaj&style=Default+News+Style&tmpl=newsitem

Yahoo group discussing it:
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080926150330AAW0gsH"

This was after a rather lengthy comment I had made that he had decided to keep on his blog.  You see after I read my post I realized that this liberal was oblivious to the trust concerns conservatives have with Obama and why they exist.  This is why I posted these links, to help him understand that his assessment of the republican party from outside it's knowledge is meritless.

Well long story short, he deleted the post twice, the third time I included some text and he took one parargraph from that and posted it.  Just like the Truth Squads liberals filter the comments to their blogs.  Just like they delete conservative posts and accounts which show up on their liberal forums, the liberals honestly may have voted for Obama in the interest of having a dictatorial government.  In fact this blog that I'll post the address to later, had the following article about some survey done by a liberal think tank.  I say liberal think tank because in the middle of the article is some director of public relations with the AFL-CIO, clearly this report will be unbiased.  You must read this, it's highly amusing because they overlook the mass quantity of China's market in making their assessment, how this is not given the weight of influence over the situation that they are trying to suggest....I am sorry but this is laughable:  http://www.globalexchange.org/campaigns/econ101/survey.html

So now on to the blog itself:  http://leftsolutions.wordpress.com/2008/11/06/gop-eats-itself/

The links regarding the Missouri Truth Squads were at comment number 10 twice, however eventually you'll see at 11 a portion of the comment entire, which I'll be posting with my reasons these deletions help no one and notice I was going to blog about this incident.  Of course this appeals the liberal drama, however, as an American I know we all have equal right to speak, and his right to blog doesn't trump my right to comment unless incendiary and intentionally posted for that purpose.  This is why this is posted to this new blog because free speech isn't going to survive on it's own if those who voted Obama in have the audacity to violate it even in the most innocent of situations, a comment to their blogs and forums.

Here is what I posted to his comments today, however, apparently he is not accepting comments from my IP or has them buffered to edit them and assure they meet his purposes in writing his blog:

"On November 9th 2008, I posted the following comment to this blog for the third Time:

'Twice you deleted my post, which on both occassions was number 10 on the list of comments.  You have trouble with the truth of who you voted for huh?

One more time:

'Video Regarding the Truth Squads in Missouri:
http://www.kmov.com/video/index.html?nvid=285793&shu=1

Missouri Governor's statement about it:

'I understand needing to delete a post that reveals what you ignored, and what really was at stake in republican circles.  I am sorry it obliterates your beliefs about republicans and conservatives, as to what won the election as well as thinking we've turned a new page in politics.  But it's something you and every liberal needs to face before believing you are rubbing conservative, republican and even some independent noses in 'change.'

'Understand, I share what I am sharing with you because I give a damn about America as a whole, that I want you to have what you want just not at my expense.  I am not interested in a government handout of any kind, no matter who it comes from.  From this I looked into the candidates and when I got wind of these Missouri Truth Squads, the local media video admitting it all, and, thereafter, heard what Obama said in 2001, "what the government must do on your behalf," 2+2=4 once more.

'You elected into office someone who doesn't respect our nation's people, the same person our founders passed the 1st Amendment to protect against, and, the 10th Amendment as well to assure government doesn't unilaterally alter our agreement by assuming powers not addressed by the Constitution vested in government.  They are not.

'I hope you realize this isn't about being enemies for we are both Americans and all I am pointing out is what you may not have realized, in the interest that you don't make that mistake again. You did your best and I know that.  You haven't an ill intention toward the United States of America, I know that too.

'Just next time pay a little better attention because I can promise you, I didn't vote for McCain with anything else in my heart but what's best for America as a whole, and I voted for Bush the same way.  Never would I vote for a candidate out of spite.  I would hope that you and those similar to you who are so angry at conservatives and just see this as revenge, would recognize voting is an honor that few countries get to enjoy as honestly as we do, and to keep it that way we must be voting by a far greater criteria than personal vengeance."

"[This time]You didn't delete the whole post but you did delete most of it and kept what you feel I mean to say.  You are one of the thought police...Already?  What is it about your liberal values that are so authoritarian that 3 times in a row you deleted my post?  Or aren't you aware that's what you are doing?

"I am posting those links to the Missouri Truth squads again because you have no right to keep people from knowing what things drive conservatives in fact.  What's wrong with people knowing from a conservative that there is no accuracy in your analysis of conservatives, or of the republican party.  You allowed comments, not "comments edited to indicate the views of this blog," and I am sorry that my post shows your analysis entirely inaccurate, that conservatives aren't these evildoers divided by a moral dilemma amongst themselves, but instead are actually concerned about real encroachment of government upon Americans and will do all they can to inform other Americans even if they don't agree with our political views.  I do not want you encroached on anymore than me.  To me that's the spirit of the 14th Amendment and the equal protection clause.  Lincoln the Republican fought a war to assure the 14th Amendment was ratified to the Constitution because a mechanism for equal protection to counter balance bias and racism had to start somewhere to have any means of being heard in any court.  Of course Lincoln saw this as a National Government Issue because he could see from the African-Americans he knew north of the Mason-Dixon Line that these are no less people than anyone else.  Understand too that England had already abolished slavery and Lincoln was not going to let England divide our nation through our politics without a fight.  To this day England hasn't given up on including America as a part of the British Empire's contribution to the world.

"Please know that you and yours come to Ann Coulter's chat, a conservative forum, regularly, and you get to keep logging in to say what you have to say, no problem.  Your posts don't get deleted either.  As a user of her chat I admire that the Admins do this for it gives us all a chance to learn from each other versus operate on our assumptions about those we see in opposition, though I will admit that the broken record means of disruption of our conversations I find entirely inappropriate -- essentially thread and thought hijacking and a form of oppressive behavior.  Now in contrast, I, as a conservative who has gone to Democratic Underground, was deleted after my 3rd post and all I did was share some links, just like here in the commentary on your blog.  I have found other conservatives experience this same denial of expression from liberals and, as an American, it is a sad state of affairs when people are silenced because we aren't singing the hymn of the Church of Liberalism -- you can see how it comes across that way to those of us whose posts are deleted, edited, accounts disallowed, when we are Americans no less than the liberals doing this to us, liberals we afford the opportunity to be heard.  I must admit that should I ever have forums on a website, they will be conservative forums and I will not be so tolerant, but liberals who are willing to speak up and articulate, to discuss without name calling and banter for banter's sake, or just repeating themselves with one liners, I'll be the greatest defender of their right to speak.  But the misdirection and name calling, the hi-jacking of another's thread over unrelated arguments is dishonest acts to distract the conservatives who are logged in to that forum with no less care for America than any liberal..

"So here we are now, with you continuing this tradition of editorializing and deleting what the conservative comment has said.  It's truly sad that you don't feel my right to speak by comment to your post on the web is equal to your right to post on the web in the first place.  Can you see how I perceive this as a preview of why you voted for Obama?  Can you see that you are exercising the rights of dictatorship in the same manner as the Missouri Truth Squads and that conservatives fear the President-elect will also do?  If this doesn't matter to you, that's fine, yet you are only making my case for me by deleting these posts.  I'd strongly suggest this time please don't deny others, who find your blog, the opportunity to make up their own mind on the comments to your blog if they so choose to read them,  be they liberal and conservative alike.  I have used no profanity or racism and not shown insensitivity to those who could be effected or done anything else to invoke a need for censorship with what appears the exception:  To say what conservatives are truly concerned about, and show your analysis lacks any merit.

"Note that you denied yourself sole right to determine what's germane to a conversation where you are making assertions about the party you don't belong to, stating lines of demarcation in it that don't exist.  You chose the parameters of reasonableness here to include direct refutation of what you assert by showing you the genuine concerns of conservatives.  By removing my posts you are the one suggesting that when a conservative explains to you what led to Obama only winning by 8 million votes versus what should have been a 20+ million vote blowout, that because it came from a conservative, these posts explaining such a phenomena have no meaning whatsoever.  No instead your analysis from the outside of the republican party, your original argument, you demand must be correct.  Take a deep breath and accept it, your argument is not correct, it is a liberal guess and most inappropriate opportunity to attack the republican party after you voted for Obama who promised to unite us.  By this blog and your treatment of my comments you've shown to me and anyone else looking that uniting Americans is not one of the reasons you voted for Obama.

"You will do well to understand that what I have posted here regarding these Missouri Truth Squads is a very large part of the trust issues conservatives have with Obama. This trust issue is only an exacerbation of the questions surrounding Obama, surrounding him in like manner to the character of the people Obama has consistently had at least one of in his life over the course of the last 20-30 years (note I am not including Frank Davis), to wit:

"A jury convicted thief and political fixer, Rezko;

"An admitted and ruthless (unrepentant) domestic terrorist, Ayers, who has a book dedicated to Sirhan Sirhan (The man who assassinated liberal Bobby Kennedy!  The Kennedy's are heroes to the liberal cause, so what was Bobby's crime in Ayers mind, that he was a Kennedy and they're the enemy because they are rich?);

"A Reverend Wright, who teaches specifically "Black Liberation Theology," the name given to this religious movement by it's founders;

"Louis Farrakhan referring to Obama as the Messiah to Muslims;

"And various people in Farrakhan's organization who have explained that it was supporters of Farrakhan who afforded Obama's Harvard education because his family could not afford it, and, Obama didn't want to take more from his white grand mother, the provider for he and his mother all those years.

"Note that the Sirhan Sirhan issue is remarkable because conservatives do not take anything away from Bobby Kennedy or John Fitzgerald Kennedy, we respect them.  Ayers, a personal friend of Obama's however does not respect Bobby Kennedy by this dedication to his assassin, and I know of few people I could describe farther left than Bobby Kennedy and the Kennedy Family as a whole.  To a conservative this demonstrates a man who even in his adulthood hates America.  This is why Ayers association with Obama along with use of 50 million dollars to influence our educational system does appear a reasonable question for every American to be asking even if the mainstream media doesn't investigate it.

"When you combine all of these thing above with Obama's "Spread the Wealth Around" economic ideas, there is a blueprint that appears.  This blueprint is a familiar one that brings fear to the heart of any nation's people when recognized, it is the blueprint many have seen throughout history, asserted successfully by Joseph Stalin, Adolph Hitler, Fidel Castro, Hugo Chavez, Mao Tse-Tung, and Kim Jong-Il.

"Conservative trouble was and remains in communicating this fear without scaring the hell out of others.  We don't want to be alarmist or even to appear to be.  We do want the MSM and liberals who are fellow Americans like ourselves to at least have heard us out though, not to be proven right or wrong but to be ready should our nation begin to take a turn in similar fashion to how the nations historically governed at one time or currently by any of those named above.

"This doesn't mean I equate Obama with these people.  It does mean that his selection in policies and suggestions of a direction for America, the similarity of them to the rise of these known oppressive, and often socialist, dictators to power, who only destroyed their nation's economies, amassed personal wealth (castro worth 900 million dollars) and have oppressed, even murdered, their own people, tells me that:  In our nation where we the people, conservative and liberal alike, are the government, that we need to make sure our political bias doesn't blind us to our relationship to the National Institution of Government in Washington D.C. by our Constitution iand making sure Washington D.C. keeps it's place under our Constitution, not to assume a role beyond those Constitutional founding boundaries which have kept America and its people safe for 219 years.

"We must not see any Amendment to expand government beyond Constitutional Limits by modifying those limits.  We must not see Obama actually interpreting our Constitution, as in the 2001 Obama interview where Obama stated that the Warren Court did not interpret the Constitution as a document of positive powers stating "what the government must do on your behalf."  This indicates a disrespect for our Constitution because it completely ignores the 10th Amendment powers reservation in the people, which protects us all from oppressive tyranny.

"This is something I would think we all could unite over because we could be in the midst of the beginning of an American Dictatorship but that can only happen if we mute the voices that bring up reasons to pay close attention and those muting them ignore this message as well. I do not care who voted him in.  I do care that they are aware to watch for these potentials because we are all Americans and love our country, and I believe we will do anything to protect this nation no matter the source of the threat, foreign or domestic.  Let us hope that if things go in this most destructive direction that we will have an opportunity to dethrone those that brought it about in all areas of government, that we will not be able to be oppressed so easily as other nations have been (Historically gun ownership rights were one of Hitler's first orders of business to eliminate in Germany, we have a Constitutional right to bear arms finally, however, the anti-gun sentiment may still run high and I do not want that used by the government against us, to divide the people even further.  We're in different camps and I hope we can just respect each other for that and let each other be.).

"Just as an olive branch in hopes you understand just why I am posting this to your blog, look at Article I, Section 7, Clause 1 of the Constitution and then ask yourself how, after the bailout bill was voted down when originating in the House without one revenue provision, that the Senate can pick up the bill, add 150 billion dollars of pork along with multiple Amendments to the income tax code (government revenue), to then take the whole thing and attach it as an amendment to another bill, pass this revenue bill in the Senate, then send it back to the House to be ratified in 2 days time, and, understand this all occurred  irrespective of the House Rules prohibiting this type of bill passage as well as the absolute derogation of duty of our government to operate within the limits imposed by Article I, Section 7, Clause 1.

"If you were the rare exception of a U.S. Citizen who was for the 700 billion dollar bailout you won't care, however if you weren't, you've had a chance to live through when the government ignores the people who are contacting them at a 20:1 ratio telling them 'do not pass this bill.'  There was nowhere near 50% of Americans wanting this bill but the government ignored the people, and democrats needed conservatives to join them so they do not take the blame alone if it fails.

"I do not want to see this ignoring of Americans be the continued trend, and permanent norm, which is what has historically happened  already in America, but has proven to be even worse every time government reaches beyond the rules of it's legitimacy, in our country that boundary line, those defined acts of legitimacy are defined by our Constitution.

"If this all continues to defy your comprehension, I am sorry, but please do not delete it again, do not demonstrate dictatorial tyranny once more.  We all wanted racism to die and it is clearly on its way out, now to the next task which is the cause of poverty worldwide and not it's solution:  Tyrannical government and overzealous use of social programs that take away from the U.N. recognized human right of self-determination.  Find a way to respect those you disagree with, for what we disagree on does not indicate who we are but merely that we are not automatons, which we all should relish the good fortune of.

"Apologies for typos, thank you for reading, and please do not delete this again.  Or at least if you do, please post an honest article about these links versus doing all you can to mute them and their relationship to the undercurrents of why conservatives cannot trust Obama, and frankly the democratic party as a whole.  They did nothing about the Missouri Truth Squads and they should have.

"Toddy Littman

"P.S.  I'll likely be posting this to my website too, though without making a big deal out of your deletions, but I will likely mention them.  I'll likely also include some form of this on my blog pages as well.  I say form because I am not out to demonize.  You just may not understand that you've opened a Pandora's box to discuss these undercurrents and it is a good idea for liberals and conservatives to discuss them now that racism and the 'you subjected me to 8 years of Bush' perspectives have lost significant weight.  If ever there were a time we need to be trusting of each other it's when there is a President elected for a variety of reasons, and to some degree not reasons of policy (The Howard Stern interviews in Harlem demonstrate this http://boomp3.com/listen/c1hbq1ljl_8/stern-2008-10-01cf).  As a conservative I am answering that call and hope to find liberals to relate with about these issues merely for sake of our role as the people:  The Sovereign Body of America."

If I appear to be demonizing by this blog, please if you are a liberal contact this blogger and let them know that he's undermining the person he voted for by carrying on this way, unless of course the liberals who complained about Bush's surveillance acts and worry about GITMO don't care about the silencing of information exposing these types of encroachments that may be a forecast of the far greater government encroachment merely because a liberal is in office.  I doubt that's the case but if it were it would make a good case for why liberals are un-American and I for one don't want to believe that, at least not in regard to the people as a whole.  Both parties have arrogant leaders who will run a muck without our honest watch-dogging, again more reason for us to trust each other and make certain to be of assistance to assure freedom reigns and even expands in America for many many generations to come, irrespective of the party in power, for it is the American People, we are the only party in power if we choose to accept that responsibility.

To those who read this entire, thank you so very much for reading.
